Montana Wildlife Viewing

The Ranch at Rock Creek is home to deer, elk, moose, bears, as well as wolves, coyotes, beavers, and more. These magnificent creatures roam our meadows and riverbottom throughout the year.

If you’re a bird watcher, you’ll enjoy sightings of hawks, eagles, grouse, a variety of waterfowl, and myriad other forest bird life. Early mornings and evenings are the best times for both wildlife viewing and birding, so talk to our guides about a pre-breakfast or after-dinner “safari” outing. Whether you’re walking softly in search of wildlife or just happen upon some, it is always an exceptional experience.
