There is no end to the adventure at The Ranch at Rock Creek.

Swimming
Our newly constructed 1,000 square-foot swimming pool is located on the bench above and between the Spa and the Saloon. There is also a hot tub and sunbathing deck. Ranch guests are welcome to use the pool and hot tub at anytime (please note that there is no lifeguard on duty and swimmers are responsible for their own safety).

Stagecoach Rides
Get the feel of the Old West by touring the ranch in our authentic 1860s stagecoach, pulled by a capable team of Belgian mares. This is a great way to see the country or just a fun way to get from place to place.

Paintball
Paintball, in which players eliminate opponents by hitting them with paint capsules using a special gun called a paintball marker, is a perennial favorite at The Ranch. The varied terrain here—forest, creek bottom, boulder field, sagebrush flat or high mountain peak—provides  an exceptional playing field. The Ranch supplies all the equipment and protective clothing needed for up to 20 players, so you can have an all-out friendly war!

Napping
It's one of life's most basic, most guilty pleasures -- The Ranch at Rock Creek now offers a napping program. Napping will be available in the afternoon in conjunction with the established activities schedule. The Ranch will have six hammocks in two locations giving guests the option of either a riverside or mountainous setting. Guests will also be given the liberty of whether they would like to hike to the napping spots or be dropped off and picked up by the activities staff. In the event that the guests opt to go it alone they will be highly encouraged to sign up before departure and check in with staff or loved ones upon return. In each setting their will be hammocks with pillows and blankets. Both sites will be equipped with a radio with instructions for emergencies, a first aid kit with an Epi-pen and Benadryl, bear spray, and a cooler with refreshments and snacks.

Games in The Silver Dollar Saloon
The Silver Dollar Saloon, located adjacent to The Granite Lodge, provides a comfortable, authentically Western environment and an abundance of entertainment options for relaxing at day’s end. The Saloon, which features a fully stocked and tended bar, generally opens at 6:00 pm daily.
In the saloon, you will find:
  • A four-lane bowling alley with computerized scoring, a selection of balls,
    and bowling shoes in assorted sizes
  • Two pool and billiards tables
  • A 14-foot HD video screen and viewing area, also equipped with
    karaoke equipment
  • Table tennis
  • Shuffleboard
  • Board games, cards, and game tables
  • Darts
  • Several additional TV screens and viewing areas
