Sporting Clays

The Ranch at Rock Creek’s sporting clays program offers target-shooting experiences that experts and novices will find both challenging and enjoyable. With a range of classic ‘going away’ shots, and more tricky ‘running rabbit’ stations, our program is designed to teach skills and safety to first-time shooters, and to give experienced shotgunners the opportunity to test their abilities as well. All necessary equipment is available at The Rod & Gun Club.

At the discretion of your shooting instructor, you can also head to the rifle and pistol range to shoot an array of targets at different distances with scoped and iron sighted rifles, as well as new age and old West revolvers. This is a classic Montana experience!
