Dining at the Granite Lodge

    The Ranch at Rock Creek is proud to offer world-class, regionally inspired cuisine. Executive Chef Josh Drage takes his inspiration from cattle-producing regions around the world, incorporating the vivid flavors

    of Southern France, Italy and Spain into a healthy and balanced dining experience. His menu is seasonally influenced as well, featuring Montana-raised beef, lamb, chicken and dairy products in addition to local, organically grown produce.

    All rates include full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Granite Lodge and the Blue Canteen. Also included are all wines and drinks from The Ranch wine list during meals or in the Silver Dollar Saloon.
