Fully Inclusive
At our fully inclusive guest ranch, it’s our goal to keep things simple, so you can enjoy your vacation and not think about the details.
For that reason, our rates include:
- All lodging, including twice daily housekeeping, Frette linens, custom-made duvet covers, robes and slippers, stocked mini-fridge, luxury bath amenities, direct dial phones (complimentary phone calls), complimentary internet, air conditioning (excluding the Canvas Cabins), and safes.
- Full American breakfast, luncheon in the dining room or picnic lunch, cocktails and appetizers, three course dinners, paired with premium wines. Snacks, beverages, beer, premium wine and cocktails. Beer, premium wine, and cocktails will be available after dinner until Midnight. Executive Chef Josh's menus are seasonally inspired with an emphasis on local products and ingredients.
- One morning and one afternoon activity per person, per day. On-site activities include: horseback riding, private access fly fishing on approximately 4 miles of Rock Creek (as well as on several private trout ponds), fly fishing instruction, hiking, archery, paintball, mountain biking, pistol/rifle range, sporting clays and shotgun instruction, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing at Discovery, ice skating, snowcat tours, sleigh and carriage rides, hockey and ice skating, igloo building and sledding.
- For 1 - 4 night stays, rates include 1 full day of guided fishing. For 5+ nights stays, rates include 2 full days of guided fishing. For 1 - 4 nights stays, rates include 1 hour and a half session for the Five Stand Shotgun Course or Pistol/Rifle Range. For 5+ night stays, rates include 2 hour and a half sessions.
- Bicycles for personal transportation on-property.
- Kids’ activities - the Little Grizzly Program.
- Selected off-ranch activities and excursions to the historic 19th century mining town of Philipsburg, local ghost towns, Gem Mountain (a sapphire mine), and trips to the surrounding Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness.
- All of the activities in The Granite Lodge and The Silver Dollar Saloon, which include bowling, movies, and game room.
- Direct dial phones (including long-distance phone calls), wireless internet access, and lodging taxes.
Activity allowances are non-transferable.
Not included are:
- A 20% ranch fee, reserve wines & spirits and off-ranch guided fly fishing and scenic float excursions.
- Signature spa treatment in the Grand Spa.
- State of Montana fishing licenses.
- Helicopter and white water rafting adventures are available through a partner company.
- Transportation to or from local airports (Missoula or Butte), which is an additional $450 per room vehicle (round trip). Transportation to or from Anaconda is $350 per room (round trip).
- Additional activities over and above the one morning and one afternoon activity per person. Activity allowances are non-transferable.
- Babysitting must be arranged prior to arrival and is $25 per hour, per child.

There is a quiet sitting area, and the full bath with deep tub and 8-person sauna deliver welcome relaxation. | The Loft | Recreated in the hayloft of the Ranch's 19th-century barn, the 700-square-foot Loft combines the charm of exposed-rafter ceiling with luxurious amenities. The bedroom/sitting area has a king-size bed, queen pull-out sofa, large-screen television, and stereo. The bath features a huge marble-tiled shower with a built-in bench, and the elegant slipper tub is large enough for two. | Trapper | A three-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride from The Lodge is Trapper, a secluded canvas cabin on the banks of Rock Creek. This one-bedroom, 600-square-foot suite is a combination of canvas, wood, and stone, with a king bed, spacious bathroom with tile shower, small kitchen with refrigerator and wine cooler, gas fireplace, and private custom hot tub on the expansive patio overlooking the creek. Trapper is the ultimate accommodation for those wanting to experience nature and luxury with maximum privacy. | $2,500 |
DELUXE CANVAS CABINS

Grayling, | The deluxe canvas cabins are each comprised of 2 rooms separated by a curtain, totaling 810 square feet: The Grayling & Lake cabins feature one room with a king bed and 2 twin beds in the other; the Brook & Cut-Bow cabins feature a king in one room, and 2 twin beds with a trundle in the other. They also have comfortable reading nooks, gas fireplaces, and screened porches and decks. There are private bathrooms in the bathhouse for each cabin, accessed via a short, lighted walkway, and a convenience privy connected to each as well. Grayling accommodates up to 4 guests, with a minimum of 3 guests. | $2,400 |
CLASSIC CANVAS CABINS

Rainbow, | The classic canvas cabins, each 630 square feet, feature a spacious main room: The Rainbow & Apache cabins include both a king and queen bed, along with a comfortable seating area with a pull-out sofa; The Gila & Bull cabins include two queen beds and a love seat. Each of the cabins has a gas fireplace, screened-in porches and decks. There are private bathrooms in the bathhouse for each cabin, accessed via a short, lighted walkway, and a convenience privy connected to each as well. Rainbow will accommodate up to 3 guests, with a minimum of 2 guests. | $1,900 |
The Deluxe and Classic Canvas Cabins offer a private, detached bathhouse, an in-room eco-friendly commode, Frette linens, custom-made duvet covers, robes and slippers, stocked mini fridge, luxury bath amenities, room serviced twice daily, direct dial phones (complimentary telephone calls), complimentary internet and safes. The Blue Canteen offers Canvas Cabin guests a shared place to meet, relax, enjoy a cup of fresh coffee or glass of wine aroudn the fire pit.
THE LOG HOMES

| Bear House | The five-bedroom Bear House is an appealing log home located a short walk from the Lodge. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed, and another room with two twins that share a full bath. Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath. In addition, there are two more bedrooms, each with one queen bed and en-suite baths. There is a living room with a fireplace, full kitchen, dining room, and sun porch. The Bear House also has internet access, a deck with a hot tub, and a laundry room. | River House | The River House sits on the banks of Rock Creek, across the road from The Granite Lodge, in a very private location unique among Montana guest ranches. On the main level there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and bath, and a private deck. The living room has a fireplace, and the full kitchen has a screened-in dining porch. There are laundry facilities and an office on this level as well. Upstairs, the home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bath, sitting area with a TV, and a full pull-out bed. Moose House | The Moose House sits against the hillside across from The Granite Lodge, in a very private location. There are three bedrooms, the master with an en suite bath and two other bedrooms sharing a bath. The living space has a fireplace, full kitchen and an open floor plan.
