Policies

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
For reservations booked for a year or more in advance, we require a 25% deposit, another 25% deposit due 120 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
There is a 4 night minimum stay for reservations June 15 - September 15 and a 5 night minimum for stays that fall over the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year or 4th of July Holidays.
Due to our property size, any cancellations effect us significantly. We adhere to the following cancellation policy: Your payment, less $200 per room, will be refunded if we receive cancellation notification not less than 60 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date. If we resell the dates that are cancelled, we will refund your payments, less $200 per room booked. Within 60 days prior to arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellations of a portion of the reserved stay, reduction in size of party, or shortening the length of stay. We do recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event cancellation becomes necessary.

CHILDREN’S POLICIES

We welcome children of all ages, but recommend 6 or older to maximize their enjoyment of The Ranch and its amenities. For children under 8, we have found it best for everyone’s ranch experience that they be under the full-time care of a parent, guardian, or nanny.
For children age 3 to 10 the rate is $700 per night provided they are sharing a room with two adults.
There is no charge for children 2 and under, provided the child shares a room with either a parent/guardian or nanny.
For your children’s safety, trail riding is only for children 6 years and older. Children under 6 may ride with a wrangler using a lead rope in the corral.

Check-out time: 11 am

If you plan on arriving early or staying later than the designated times, additional charges apply. The additional activity charge will be added to your bill. The Lunch price is $25 per person and $15 per child if dining in the dining room. Pack lunches to go are $15 per person and $10 per child.
