Behind the Scenes: Relais & Châteaux Film Starring Ranch Staff

New Relais & Châteaux Film

We’re pleased to announce that Relais & Châteaux has just released a new film depicting what it’s like to work for this exceptional association of unique boutique hotels. The film urges strong hospitality candidates to come forward and make their mark on the luxury travel industry just as Relais & Châteaux did 60 years ago.

Relais & Châteaux began their journey when top hoteliers and talented chefs teamed up to create a vision of international travel that elevated fine living to an art form. Today, the association includes 530 independently-owned properties worldwide and it helps set the standard for luxury travel.

Each hotel offers a unique cultural and culinary experience, so we were delighted when Relais & Châteaux chose The Ranch at Rock Creek as one of their filming locations for their new career-focused film. They visited us in early January at the height of winter. After watching the result, we almost wish winter was just starting and we could live the season all over again. Enjoy a sneak peak behind the scenes of our winter shoot.

We were also delighted to work with Caleb Jordan Lee. Lee is a renowned destination wedding filmmaker, and, being fans of his work, we knew that his new film would be breathtaking.

As you watch the film, you’ll see (and hear) many members of our talented and dedicated team tell the story of what it means to be a part of the Relais & Châteaux family. Relais & Châteaux aims to deliver “unique, personal experiences” at each of its properties. Our talented staff blends Montana’s secluded wilderness with the personalized attention you only find at a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star property.

Working for a Relais & Châteaux property is a resume builder, but it can also be an excellent lifestyle choice when employees build friendships and take full advantage of the beautiful location.

As Kari Peterson says in the film, “Every day I get to work with some of the best people in the world. They are all so passionate, they’re so happy, they’re so genuine and I feel that’s reflected in our service to our guests.”

We’re happy to share the full version of the video with you here. To see a shorter version of the film, please visit our Facebook page.
