In Montana’s grand tradition, we are hosting our own Rock Creek ranch days, celebrating the skills it takes to ride and ranch in Big Sky Country. Avid horseback riders will delight in three days of behind-the-scenes activities, like sorting cattle, driving a draft horse team, caring for a cattle herd, roping and refining horsemanship.
Meanwhile, take in the culture and legends of the ranching community with curated special events – a ranch rodeo, horse barn whiskey tasting, line dancing lessons, a boot scootin’ barn dance, whiskey pairing dinner and a sketch and sip inspired by famed Montana cowboy artist Charlie Russell. Join us for this exclusive opportunity to enjoy the resplendent Western charms of the world’s first Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ranch while learning the skills of a 127-year old working ranch.
