During our inaugural Roam & Restore Wellness Weekend, we’ll delve deep into the restorative powers of nature, guided by wellness experts who have made the study of nature’s bounty their life’s work (see below for bios).

Mary has a grand affinity for the natural world and believes that strengthening our connection with nature offers a profound source of healing. Through the use of her certifications in yoga, herbalism and permaculture design she employs her students with the ability to genuinely connect to themselves and to the Earth.
Practicing since 2006, Mary initially found yoga to be a great way to exercise and stretch. As her practice evolved, she learned that yoga enables mental, emotional and spiritual wellness, providing whole body health.
The urge to explore yoga in a greater capacity led her to True Nature Healing Arts near Aspen, CO where she completed her 200-hour Integrative Yoga Therapy Instructor course. As a yoga therapist, Mary wishes to empower people with their own health and wellness through the cultivation of greater self-awareness and connection to the Earth. The asana format of her classes is energetic and largely based on requests and needs of the students. She encourages a mindful practice that her fellow yogis can take with them off the mat and apply to everyday life.
Eve feels passionate about experiencing different cultures, learning our ancestral ways of healing and spending time outdoors. Her nomadic lifestyle began in Peru as an exchange student followed by backpacking throughout Europe and the USA as a WWOOF volunteer. Eve has settled down in Montana where she found her true passions as a certified herbalist and yoga instructor (RYT 200). She shares her knowledge of medicinal herbs through private wellness consultations, wildcrafting excursions and medicine making classes all while staying in tune with the earth and our own mindful intuitions.
She is the owner of two small businesses in Philipsburg; Seed of Mind Wellness and Market on Broadway, both aimed to make herbalism and local goods accessible in our small town. Eve aspires to become a clinical herbalist with a focus on traditional cultural practices. Her goal is to one day live in Montana’s mountains, reflecting values and beliefs of generations before us while living sustainably off of the land.
Glory’s journey to a deeper knowing of self, started in her mid-twenties. Diagnosed with a stress-induced illness, she decided there had to be more to her purpose than a corporate job. Selling everything that couldn’t fit into her 40L backpack at a, “Traveling the World Sale,” she booked a one-way flight.
Over the course of nearly 3 years, Glory backpacked solo through Europe, spent a month in the heat of Thailand, lived with a Danish family, trekked through the mountains of Nepal, and lived in the backcountry of Alaska. All of which acted as a catalyst in what would become a journey to meeting herself for the first time, in lifetimes.
As writing quickly became part of Glory’s daily ritual in order to feel, process and release, she is passionate about sharing such a powerful tool in reconnecting to yourself.
