Yes, The Ranch has added more activities to ensure there are a plethora of safe and fulfilling outdoor activities for your group. View the list above to learn more about what’s available for groups.

Guides and staff will wear masks and gloves during the moments when social distancing isn’t possible. We will ask guests to do the same in those rare instances. Out on the trail or activity, once six feet of distance can be maintained, face masks will not be required. If a guest does need assistance that requires guides to go within six feet it is mandatory that wranglers and guests put on their masks.

In order to execute this, we ask that all guests walk or bike to their activities (to avoid vehicle usage). We also stagger our activity start times to avoid crowds in the Rod & Gun Club. We ask that you be on time for your activity. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to take part in your activity.

Read more about our activities department’s efforts to provide safe and sanitary fun.

Common areas are disinfected throughout the day and between use by guests. Instead of social hours in the Granite Lodge, we are hosting happy hour on the Aspen Deck so that people can split up into smaller groups. Guests can also choose to enjoy happy hour on their porch in their accommodation.

The Rod & Gun Club encourages guests to bring their own hiking boots, hats, gloves and other soft items to reduce the need to sanitize fabric items. Equipment fittings will be done at the activity location to reduce the number of people in the Rod & Gun Club. Staggered start times will also reduce crowding.

Housekeeping will service accommodations once each morning. Guests can request an additional turndown service or reduced servicing during their stay. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting products will be offered for guest use.

Private meals and meetings will continue upon each group’s requests. Meetings and meals will be set up so that all attendees will be able to properly social distance. The Silver Dollar Saloon and Buckle Barn will be the primary locations of meetings for larger groups. Smaller groups are still able to utilize any of our meeting spaces as long as we can properly social distance all attendees.

Guests that fly into Missoula or Butte will be greeted by a Ranch employee. They will pick up a car from Enterprise and drive themselves to The Ranch; however, the cost of the rental will be included in the nightly rates. Guests will be met at the turn onto Rock Creek Road and escorted the rest of the way to The Ranch. Each individual, couple or family group will receive their own vehicle so that social distancing with non-family members will be maintained.

Your Group Coordinator will collect all flight/travel information prior to arrival in order to provide transportation for all guests.

No, spa treatments are additional. Please see the list of what is not included in our pricing on our all-inclusive page.

Yes, your group coordinator will work closely with you and our culinary team to customize your menus.

We highly suggest packing layers. Mornings and evenings in Montana are chilly, afternoons have warmer temperatures.

All equipment needed for activities is provided through Rod & Gun Club. However, we do suggest that you pack your own hiking boots, hats, sunglasses, gloves and other commonly used items to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Riding boots with a one inch heel are recommended.

Yes, but we are limited to what we can offer. This service incurs an extra cost and depends on what type of clothing is requested to be washed. We have forms for guests to fill out and leave for Housekeeping in our accommodations. Several, but not all, of the accommodations have laundry facilities and guests are welcome to use these on their own at no additional cost.

Yes, events can be customized to meet group needs. Our events team can assist with the costs for custom activities. Please see the list of group activities above for ideas.

The Silver Dollar Saloon hours are 4pm-12am every day. The Silver Dollar Saloon can be reserved for private use by a smaller group through the Rod & Gun Club as part our included activities.
